Blush and Flurry Inspiration Board

Winter weddings are so lovely and when paired together with a very unlikely blush pink they become magical. This inspiration board showcases a handful of stunning images that capture the tenderness of a wedding day adorned with gentle snowfall and subdued adornments.

I love how uncomplicated it would be to create a  wedding with this ambience simply by adhering to 2 main elements: blush pink and gold. If you are blessed to live in an area that is guaranteed to have snow on your wedding day be sure to capture it's beauty in your photos and include the wonderful surroundings in your celebration.

 Flowers: Blush Peony, White Hydranges, Star Blush Light Pink Spray Roses, Blush Garden Rose White O-Hara, Dusty Miller, Pink Snowberry, White Astilbe, and Ivy

 Fabric: Organza, Fur, Cashmere

 

Don't be discouraged if you live in an area where you know there will be no fluffy white precipitation. You can still achieve this look with some simple planning. An abundance of bright natural light and white space can create a brilliant soft glow that is equally stunning.

Apple Harvest Inspired Wedding

September: when the evenings begin to have a welcome chill, leaves turn a crisp array of colors, football is the favorite past time, and we pull out our favorite pair of boots and comfy sweaters. There is so much to love about the change from Summer to Autumn and so much inspiration packed into this single month for a warm, wonderful wedding.

This harvest theme is cozy yet refined and is truly timeless. Here are some ideas to make your special day feel this warm and inviting:

Colors: Brown, Gold, Red, with touches of Green

Elements: Apples, Wood, Crates or barrels, Apple Cider

Flowers: Caramel Antique Roses, Dark Dahlias, Geranium Leaves, Scabiosa, Button Mums, and Sorghum

Fabric: Taffeta
